1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Coordination (60%):
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with the Company’s hiring and business growth objectives.
- Take ownership of delivering recruitment KPI of 20–25 hires per month based on business needs.
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, Interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer coordination and onboarding support.
- Handle recruitment for various positions ranging from front office to back office.
- Coordinate closely with Head of HR department and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure hiring quality, timeline and business alignment.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics
- Leverage AI, ATS and HR Technology tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
2. HR Operations, Policy & Employee Relations (20%):
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, internal regulations and people-related procedures.
- Provide guidance and consultation regarding: Labor Law/Social Insurance/Company policies/Employee relations matters.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including Onboarding, Probation review, Employee documentation, performance support
- Proactively identify people-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a healthy and compliant working environment.
3. Culture & Employee Engagement (10%):
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement employee engagement, internal communication and corporate culture initiatives.
- Promote company values and contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performance workplace culture.
- Propose initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace engagement.
4. HR Analytics & Process Improvement (10%)
- Track, analyze and prepare HR reports to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
- Participate in HR transformation, HR technology, process standardization or AI adoption initiatives when required

1. Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
- Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (15–30 hires per month).
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience working cross-functionally and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law/Social Insurance regulations
