Job Description

Who you are

  • A Senior Account Manager – New Business is responsible for his/her individual targets, as well as selling standard & strategic HR solutions to NEW customers.
  • He/she will conduct consultative selling and must be very creative, flexible to offer customers a wide range of solutions such as: Job Posting, Banner Ads, Talent Driver, Talent Solution etc.

What you will do

  1. Achieve individual sales targets.
  2. Find & identify new business opportunities by solving customer problems with CareerBuilder solutions.
  3. Frequent client meetings required.
  4. Improve customer satisfaction with CareerBuilder.
  5. Collaborate with team to achieve team sales targets.
  6. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Graduate from university/college.
  2. A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”, proactive and aggressive in developing new business.
  3. Minimum 2-3 years experience at the same position. Hungry to work hard and make good money.
  4. Ability to communicate in English
  5. Good Negotiation & Presentation skills
  6. Good Microsoft Office skills
